The SNEAKERS CULT:URE book is a beautiful book dedicated to sneakers culture. Published in art book format with 224 pages, it is doubled with a collector’s version enriched and published in a limited edition of 500 numbered copies.
Self-published, it is entirely designed, created and manufactured in France (Occitania) with the help of local actors.
Its mission?
To break the purely consumerist image of sneakers to show that through their history, it is also a question of art, design, cinema, music, sport, society, technology… In short, of culture!
Through the inspiring destinies of men and women (artists, filmmakers, designers, sportsmen, entrepreneurs,…), historical events and surprising anecdotes, the book Sneakers Cult:ure tells how, in more than a century, sneakers have left the sports fields to become a social phenomenon of global dimensions.
Rich and serious in content, it is above all very accessible in form:
The book is endowed with more than 200 photos, a qualitative editorial content and is punctuated with interviews of emblematic personalities. In short, a transgenerational book that will appeal to both enthusiasts and the general public!
