Known for its sleek versatility, the original 574 made its mark with a unique design: a hybrid road/trail design that didn’t rely on new technological advances. Drawing on years of design experience, the 57/40 takes the hybrid concept and presents this iconic design in a new light. New Balance used a slimmer shape for a more elegant silhouette, and added exaggerated details. The unique midsole adds a flared look to the construction of the classic 574, with 1990s inspired details.
