Where does L'Original Namur ship from?
All our products are shipped from our shop in Namur, Belgium.
To which countries do you ship and what are the shipping costs?
We’re pleased to say that we ship to almost all countries in the world!
During the checkout process, your shipping cost will be calculated automatically based on the country you want us to ship to.
All orders shipped to Belgium are free from 50 € !
What are the delivery times ?
All orders placed before 12 noon are dispatched the same day with DPD.
DPD guarantees a delivery time of 24 to 48 hours working in Belgium.
For delivery in Europe, delivery times vary between 3 to 5 working days with DPD.
However, for delivery outside Europe, we work with DHL express. Delivery times are 4 to 7 working days, variable depending on the destination.
For each package, we send you your package number in your mailbox so that we can track it on the carrier’s website.
If the recipient is absent, the DPD delivery man is likely to drop the package off at a DPD approved relay point or will attempt a new delivery the next day.
What are the return methods?
For returns, here are the possibilities:
Your products do not suit you because …
* It’s too small or too big! You want to exchange for the right size / size. Send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org & let us know what suits you. We will not confirm the rest if the product is still available in your size / size so that we can keep it until we receive your return to send it back to you.
* They are damaged or defective, in short you are disappointed. Send us a photo of the offending product by email (email@example.com) so that we can find a solution together.
* You changed your mind, it was not the products you expect. You just need to send us the products in good condition in their original envelope with the delivery slip listing the products returned and indicating above if you prefer a refund or another product.
Package returns are at your expense.
ATTENTION, for Switzerland, no exchange possible, if you wish to order a new size or color, you will have to send the item back to us for a refund and to place a new order. Please note that you will have to pay the shipping cost and any customs fees yourself otherwise we will not accept the package.
